Who We Are
Better AI Decisions Require Better Business Judgment.
Rcirco exists because the hardest part of adopting AI is not the technology. It is deciding which problem deserves attention, what it is worth, and whether the evidence supports acting at all.
02Why Rcirco Exists
Small and mid-sized businesses are asked to make AI decisions without the evidence those decisions require.
Leadership teams are presented with tools, demonstrations and claims, but rarely with a grounded account of how their own work is performed, where value is currently lost, or what an improvement would plausibly be worth. Internal views often differ: what leadership believes happens and what employees experience are not always the same process. Without that alignment, value assumptions are guesses, and an implementation decision becomes a bet rather than a judgment.
03What We Believe
- 01
Business Before Technology
The business objective defines the problem worth solving. Technology is only one possible response to it.
- 02
Evidence Before Recommendations
A recommendation should be traceable to something observed, measured or reported—not to a trend.
- 03
Judgment Before Automation
Understanding why work happens the way it does must come before any decision to automate it.
- 04
Clarity Before Implementation
The conditions, assumptions and risks should be written down before money is committed.
04How We Work: AI-Assisted, Human-Led
A responsibility map, not a contest between people and machines.
What AI Supports
Gathers and organizes market, competitive and public information at speed.
What Humans Decide
Decides what is relevant, what is credible and what is missing.
Human Review
Mandatory before anything enters the report.
Responsibility for the recommendation, the numbers and the advice not to proceed cannot be delegated to AI. Unverified AI output is never presented as a formal conclusion.
05Clear Principles. Clear Boundaries.
Rcirco will not:
- 01
Manufacture demand in order to sell software
- 02
Provide tool lists without supporting evidence
- 03
Present estimates as guaranteed outcomes
- 04
Automate a problem that has not yet been understood
06 — Next Step
